Refund policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

The Hidden History of Playing God is an ebook. You get it as a digital download (PDF and EPUB). Nothing is shipped.

How you get the files

Right after payment, a download button appears on your order confirmation screen. The same download links are sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, then contact us at info@sorenvaldane.com.

Refunds

• Not downloaded yet: if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the files, you get a full refund. Just ask.
• A file does not work: if a file will not open or is damaged, tell us within 14 days. We will send you a working copy. If we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
• Charged twice or by mistake: we refund the extra charge in full.

Once the files have been downloaded and they work, the sale is final, because a download cannot be returned.

How to ask

Email us at info@sorenvaldane.com or use our contact page. Include your order number and the email you used at checkout. We reply within 48 hours.

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
